NRC RATING
NOISE REDUCTION COEFFICENT
Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) is calculated by averaging the sound absorption coefficients of a material at four frequencies (250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz, and 2000 Hz) as measured in a reverberation room according to ASTM C423 standards.
Round Baffles use type J mounting which is calculated using the total surface area of baffles.
